1. Who we are
FreshGen Link is offered by Larry Scott d/b/a FreshGen (“FreshGen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Florida, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect in connection with FreshGen Link (the “Software”), why we collect it, and your rights. Contact us at iamjustfresh@gmail.com.
2. The short version
We collect almost nothing. When you buy a license key, Gumroad passes us your name, email, purchase details, and license key so we can support you — that’s the whole purchase record. Your deployment runs inside your own Vercel account, on your own Kie.ai and GoHighLevel credentials; we have no analytics, no telemetry, and no visibility into it — not your prompts, not your generated media, not your keys, not your logs. Whatever your deployment sends to Kie.ai, GoHighLevel, Vercel, or Gumroad goes straight from your accounts to theirs, under their own privacy policies, not ours.
This box is a convenience summary only — if it ever conflicts with the numbered sections below, the numbered sections control.
3. What we collect and why
(a) Purchase information, via Gumroad. When you buy a license key, our payment processor, Gumroad, shares the purchase record with us: your name and email as provided at checkout, the price paid and purchase date, your license key, and refund, chargeback, or dispute status. Gumroad handles your payment directly — we never receive or store your card or bank details.
(b) Support communications. If you email us or otherwise contact us for support, we keep that correspondence — your email address and whatever you tell us — so we can help you and follow up.
(c) Nothing from your deployment. FreshGen Link runs entirely inside your own Vercel account, using your own Kie.ai and GoHighLevel credentials. We run no analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry inside the Software, and your deployment sends us nothing. We have no access to your prompts, your generated media, your API keys or secrets, or your deployment’s logs. The one call your deployment makes toward a service we’re associated with is a license check, and even that goes directly to Gumroad’s license API — sending only the product ID and your license key — not to any server we operate.
4. Your deployment and third parties
You are the operator of your own deployment. Once it’s running, it sends data directly from your own accounts to the companies below, under their own privacy policies — not ours:

Cookies. The Software itself sets no cookies. Our Gumroad storefront and its checkout use Gumroad’s own cookies, under Gumroad’s privacy policy, not ours.
5. How we use purchase data
We use the purchase information described in Section 3(a) to: deliver and verify your license key, including checking it against Gumroad’s license API when your deployment runs; provide support; process refunds and investigate fraud, chargebacks, or abuse; and meet our legal and tax obligations.
6. Sharing
We share data as follows:
- Gumroad, as our payment processor and storefront platform — they process your payment and hold the underlying transaction record under their own policy.
- Other service providers, only as needed to run our business — for example, email delivery for support.
- Legal reasons — if required by law or subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it for anyone else’s advertising purposes.
7. Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to support you, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Gumroad separately retains transaction records under its own retention policy, which we don’t control. We keep support emails until your issue is resolved, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the purchase and support data we hold. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Because your deployment lives in your own Vercel account, you’re responsible for securing it — your deployment’s secret URL, and your Kie.ai and GoHighLevel credentials — the same way you’d secure any other password.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data — for example, to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Rights along these lines exist under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act, among others. To exercise any of these rights, email us at iamjustfresh@gmail.com. We’ll respond and honor requests to the extent the law requires and it’s practical for us to do so, keeping in mind that Gumroad independently retains transaction records under its own policy.
10. Children
FreshGen Link is a business-to-business tool and isn’t directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. International
We’re based in the United States, and any personal data we collect is processed in the United States.
12. Changes and contact
